AMMUNITION AND FIREARMS DISCLAIMER

Firearm possession is transferred in person at a FFL dealer after all applicable state and federal requirements have been successfully completed. You must pass a background check and meet minimum age restrictions. You are responsible for knowing your federal, state and local laws regarding firearm and ammunition purchase and possession.

Must be at least 18 years of age to purchase long guns and rifle ammunition. Must be 21 years of age to purchase handguns and handgun ammunition.

AMMUNITION AND MAGAZINE SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Snappys Sports Senter cannot ship to a PO Box or a PMB, a physical address is mandatory. Ammunition is
shipped UPS ground and an adult signature is required. Accessories will be shipped either UPS ground or USPS whichever is more cost effective. Customers will be provided with a tracking number and shipping status.

RESTRICTIONS BY STATE

Alaska: No ammunition. Ok to ship magazines.
California: No magazine shipments. No firearms. No ammunition.
Colorado: No magazine shipments. Ok to ship ammunition.
Connecticut: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
Hawaii: No ammunition or primer shipments. Ok to ship magazines.
Illinois. No magazine shipments.  Must have valid FOID Card to order ammo.
Maryland: No magazine shipments. Ok to ship ammunition.
Massachusetts: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
New Jersey: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
New York: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
Ohio: No magazine shipments. Ok to ship ammunition.
Washington: No magazine shipments. Ok to ship ammunition.
Washington D.C.. No ammunition or magazine shipments.
