SNAPPY'S RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY Snappy’s understands that situations arise where you may need to return or exchange an item you have purchased. To make this process quick and easy, simply save your receipt(s) and include with your item. Snappy’s will cheerfully refund or exchange a product for our customers, if the product is new and unused. With Receipt: Items purchased within 60 days, and accompanied by a receipt, will be refunded or exchanged at the original purchase price, and in the original payment method. (Any cash or check refunds totaling over $250.00 may be refunded by a check issued and mailed to customers address.) Without receipt: If the Snappy's Rewards was used in the original purchase, we would be happy to look up that receipt for you so that the return can be processed. Items without a receipt are inelligable for return. Certain circumstances may require us to decline a return or exchange: Items that have been soiled or visibly used cannot be returned or exchanged until they have been cleaned to a like new nature. Items that we do not carry/have sold or were not purchased from Snappy’s. Items with components and/or original packaging missing. Abuse of the return/exchange policy. Items with health, safety or sanitary concerns (See below) Exceptions: Returns not accepted on the following merchandise: Ammunition Powder Firearms Primers Electronics Bear spray Maps Sleeping Bags Swim wear Underwear Athletic Braces / Wraps / Supports Socks (hosiery) In-mouth style game calls All food items (ie: Seasonings, Casings, Suppliments, etc) are not returnable due to health and safety Any fishing rods or reels used for Salmon snagging are outside of manufacturer intended use, therefore voiding any warranty or returns And other merchandise with sanitary or hygienic concerns All inflatables returns / defectives will be subject to a 24 hour waiting period. During this period the inflatable will be inspected for any damage outside of manufactures warranty. If determined to be excessive damage or abuse, all warranty and/ or return privileges will be voided. WEB ORDERS Web orders may be returned after contacting Snappy's for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Refunds will be issued less any shipping charges. Items will have to be mailed back to Snappy's before a refund is issued. Items that were shipped in error will be issued a full refund. Any items returned that were not a shipping/picking error on our part will be be charged a 20% restock fee. WARRANTY CLAIMS/ISSUES If there is a defect in the material or workmanship Snappy’s will be happy to assist you with any warranty process, although we cannot necessarily guarantee what the manufactures result may be. Please retain (or allow Snappy’s to look up based on your rewards account) your receipt for all warranty issues. SNAPPY’S SATISFACTION GUARANTEE Snappy’s is a locally, family owned business. Doing right and honoring our customers is what we are all about. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and if you are not, we want to help find a way to make it so. If a product doesn’t fit, work or last like it should bring it in and we will work with the manufacture and/or find a way in-house to make this right.
